Our interactions with the Hybrigenics team have exceeded expectations. We have performed over a half dozen screens with them and also partnered on the creation of new libraries. These interactions have resulted in significant preliminary data that has laid the foundation for multiple new and exciting projects in our laboratory. They are extremely professional, remarkably responsive, and technically proficient.

We received many VHH nanobodies from Hybrigenics, selected and validated against Tau and phosho-Tau. The biochemical and functional characterization of those binders is ongoing but we can already say that this service opens new avenues for our research.

We provided them with plasmid and three months later had a comprehensive list of Y2H interactions. They walked us through the data set and provided a methods section for our manuscript. The two-hybrid screens performed by Hybrigenics were instrumental in our work. Prior to conducting the screens, we received technical advice to maximize the chance for informative results. The ranked hit sorting and false interaction filtering provided major advantages over another commercial two-hybrid system we used previously. One Hybrigenics screen provided high quality data that helped identify a host cell protein targeted by a bacterial effector protein. I highly recommend Hybrigenics, as the data generated will serve as the foundation for at least two publications describing bacteria-host interactions involved in disease.
